Stagfield is proud to celebrate another successful year of supporting Nottingham Hot Property, the East Midlands' annual property and construction industry charity music event, which this year raised a record-breaking £37,500 for local youth charity Base 51.
Held annually, Nottingham Hot Property brings together professionals from across the region's property and construction sectors to perform live music in support of charitable causes. Now in its 22nd year, the event welcomed almost 1,000 industry professionals, making 2026 its largest and most successful event to date.
Representing Stagfield, Senior Land & Development Manager Ashley Walters took to the stage for his 14th Nottingham Hot Property performance. Alongside performing, Ashley has played a key role in organising the event for the past decade, helping to coordinate more than 70 performers through 10 weeks of rehearsals and the delivery of a 30-song live show.
This year's theme, Viva Musica, brought a vibrant Mexican-inspired atmosphere to the evening, with performances spanning a diverse range of artists from Robbie Williams to The Stone Roses. Each song featured a different group of amateur musicians, many of whom were performing live for the very first time.
The 2026 beneficiary, Base 51, provides vital support for young people aged 11 to 24 across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. For more than 30 years, the charity has delivered counselling, mental wellbeing services and youth outreach programmes, helping to reduce social isolation and improve the lives of some of the region's most vulnerable young people. The funds raised through this year's event will directly support the continuation and expansion of these essential services.

"Nottingham Hot Property is always a fantastic event to be part of, and once again the standard of performances was exceptional. Having been involved for many years, one of the most rewarding aspects is seeing new performers join the show, grow in confidence throughout rehearsals and experience the excitement of performing live. It's a huge team effort behind the scenes, and it's incredibly rewarding to see everything come together while raising such an impressive amount for an important local charity. It was also great to have the wider Stagfield team there to support the event."
Nottingham Hot Property will return in 2027 with a new theme, a new line-up of performers and another opportunity for the East Midlands property community to come together in support of a worthy cause.
