We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for “Residential Development of the Year” in the 2022 East Midlands Bricks Awards for our innovative work with a local Charity and our development projects.
The Bricks Awards celebrate and promote the very best of the East Midlands property sector, showcasing the outstanding work of those behind the changing landscape of our region.
Hosted by East Midlands Business Link, the awards evening will be held on Thursday 15th September 2022 at the world-famous Trent Bridge Cricket Ground.
Within our entry for “Residential Development of the Year” we discussed Stagfield Group’s role in creating an innovative Section 106 agreement for one of our housing developments in Nottinghamshire.
As part of a legal agreement with the local council, the land on which our housing development is situated was divided up, with a portion being gifted to the charity “Reach Learning”. The gifted land facilitated them to apply for planning to build 12 assisted living units for young adults and subsequently raise over £1.7M.
