We’re hugely excited to announce that we’ve been shortlisted as finalists for Small Residential Development of the Year at the 2023 Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards.
The awards are the celebration of the region’s thriving residential sector, now in its eighth year, is a showcase of the best schemes and property companies of the past 12 months. Almost 70 people, projects and businesses have made this year’s shortlists for Insider's Midlands Residential Property Awards.
For the Small Residential Development of the Year award, our entry discussed Stagfield Groups role in securing and creating, The Rise, a 38 plot modern and stylist residential development in the sought after area of Southwell, Nottinghamshire. Through innovative thinking our entry also highlighted how we secured the long-term future of a local charity called Reach Disability Learning (RDL) by re-channeling Section 106 funding to allow them to fund the provision of a low energy Eco-building with 12 assisted living units for people with learning disabilities.
Our Managing Director, Kevin Hard said “I’m very proud of our development at The Rise. Having been shortlisted alongside some other amazing Midlands businesses, we’re now looking forward to the winners being announced at the black-tie awards dinner on Thursday 15 June 2023 at the Eastside Rooms, Birmingham.
