Peveril Homes and Stagfield Group are celebrating another major industry success after being named Residential Developer of the Year at the East Midlands Bricks Awards 2026 organised by East Midlands Business Link Magazine.
Sponsored by Develllo Group, the Residential Developer of the Year award was announced at this annual event which was held on Thursday 15 October at the Derek Randall Suite at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, Nottingham. The awards bring together over 100 leading businesses and professionals from across the region’s property and construction sectors.
The win comes hot on the heels of the partnership’s success at the Insider East Midlands Property Dinner Awards, where it was also named Residential Developer of the Year.
